La maison se construit autour d’un atrium central. Ce vide sépare les espaces communs et privés sans les isoler, distribue les circulations et fait entrer la lumière au cœur du volume. Plus qu’une cour intérieure, l’atrium devient le lieu de relation entre les habitants : un espace partagé qui donne une orientation à chaque pièce et maintient une profondeur commune dans toute la maison.
The house is built around a central atrium. This void separates shared and private spaces without isolating them, organises circulation and brings light into the heart of the volume. More than an inner courtyard, the atrium becomes a place of connection between residents: a shared space that gives every room an orientation and maintains a common depth throughout the house.
